Under the direction of the Claims Manager, the Senior PropertyClaims Representative is
primarily responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating settlement of assigned claims
of various levels of complexity with the goal of serving the customer and ensuring quality file

biological and industrial contaminants. The employee must often operate a motor vehicle to
travel to a location for the purposes of scoping or evaluating a given claim.
